Desert Cove Residence

We were tasked with building the architect and interior designer's plans in 3D and creating photorealistic renderings for the client to prelist the property during construction. The goal was to secure a buyer early so they could make any minimal changes before the home was completed. The renderings helped showcase the full vision of the property, and the project ended up selling for an impressive number thanks to the collaborative effort of everyone involved.
