Heatherbrae Residence

Completed in July 2021 in collaboration with Rebuild the Block. Working from the original designer's established design book and elevations, Tristan Scott Design translated the approved residential concept into a coordinated 3D model and developed photorealistic exterior and interior renderings. The imagery gave the builder and trades a clear reference for the intended design, supported pre-construction coordination, and provided polished marketing materials for presales and large-format site signage while construction moved forward.
