A complete residential transformation for investors, beginning before they even closed on the property. We measured and created the as-built floor plan directly on site ahead of the demo crews, then reconfigured the layout while value engineering the project to minimize new structural work and maximize profitability. Working diligently, we turned the project around quickly — delivering as-built and proposed floor plans, full-service interior and exterior design, and photorealistic renderings to help with preselling. This project also helped launch our white-label service, allowing the client to present the designs under their own brand.
